Fit Day and My Daily Plate are both awesome. I signed up with both of them and I am amazed!
Currently I am following the Weight Watchers Core Plan. Not too strict but no junk foods. All that was eliminated. Anyways, these calculators say I should eat 1883 calories/day to lose weight. I had been on about 2000 calories per day for some time and the weight has come off very nicely. I looked at a sample 1800 calorie day and I was amazed it was virtually the same as what I'm doing now!
My question is this... I asume that I stay on 1800 calories per day from now to goal to achieve a 1.5 lb. weight loss as per their calculations or am I incorrect>
Thanks for your responses! I am out of a lot of Plus sizes and into a lot of XL's. I have been in Plus sizes for over 20 years so this is quite a milestone for me!
