I'm practically invested in the 100 calories smart pop mini bags.... I have one of those after dinner almost every day. It's my mindless eating.. done safely.
I always plan my dinner in advance.. even if I do it the morning before... or during my lunch hour at work. Usually I've got my dinner calories and even evening snacks entered into fitday before I even get home in the evening... it has really helped me keep my evening cals under control.
