Calorie counter's chat for SEPTEMBER
Well, August was a wash for me. I hit my pre preg weight and took a eating holiday. But, I still have 20 pounds until goal and I don't want to give up now.
My goals for September are to get back to strict calorie counting and keeping under 1700 cals per day. I want to start walking 30 minutes per day.

Calories averaged around 2000 or more
Sodium 3500
Fiber 50+
weight stayed the same.
