my first week back on plan, was not so good. I'm afraid all my hard work at the beginning of the week got cancelled out by my extra eating at the end of the week.
Back on today, with Fiber One and blueberries for breakfast and a stir fry of veggies and tofu for lunch. TOTAL CALS: 600! Not bad at all. That leaves me a decent amount for dinner. |

:welcome2: Ladiibug, great loss and that is such good news that you don't have to take those meds anymore. That really makes it all worth it I think. And I know how you feel about the walking. I'm not up to your level yet, doing 40 minutes twice a week but I really look forward to the time and enjoy it when I do. Hey CoolMom don't sweat it. The first week is always the hardest as your body is still adjusting, I'm sure you'll do much better next week. I'm doing pretty good this week. Down another lb and feeling really good about it. I saw it first time two days ago but wasn't sure if it would stick. Anyways two days later and i think that third lb loss is here to stay. We did our bulk shopping at Costco this weekend and stocked up on chicken again. Also finally got some more propane so we can grill out, a single lean patty of ground beef is one of my favs for dinner (and so little effort required!) Looks like I'm in for another busy week but just hoping things keep going along merrily as they are. Hope everyone had a great weekend! |
