I think that if I could see some pictures that show a difference then maybe that could motivate me to do this. I tried the fat smash diet and stayed on it for 1/2 a day. That is horrible I know. It is hard for me to stick to something. I would love to see some pics for inspiration.

Thanks! This will help me a lot. Do you have any specific ways to keep yourself from falling off? Also is it okay to eat food that is not really healthy as long as I stay under my calories?
