I LOve avocado sushi and I eat them about 5 times a week. Does anybody know how many calories there are in a pack of 12? They are about 2.5 by 2.5 cm each.

Can't really tell... but calorieking.com lists Wegman's sushi, avocado combo, as having 210 cals. in 4 pieces. Most of the cals are carbohydrate.

Sushi can be tricky because they can sure compact a lot of rice into one roll. I would guestimate that a 6 piece roll can contain at least 1-1.5 cups of rice and 1/8 of a medium avocado. For a pack of 12 I would say anywhere around 500-600 calories?

When I was trying to figure out the calorie content of avocado eel rolls, I did a google search for "sushi nutrition" and found a few sites that had estimates - such as sushifaq and dietfaqs. The estimates I've seen for 6 pieces of eel avocado roll around around 372 calories and for 6 pieces of avocado roll around 140 calories. What I tend to do for things like this is to find several estimates and average them.
