Question Anyone know? (Calculator question)

I like to cook at home a lot and I also count calories almost obsessively. Does anyone know if there is a calculator out there (prefer free) that I can enter ingredient of a dish and it will count all the calories in a total and then determine the calories for the serving size. EX: I make a casserole and put in 3 cups of pasta, 6 oz of chicken, 1/4 cup cheese and the casserole serves 6. If the servings are 1 cup then how much calories combined for a serving. Anyhow, I am trying to find a way to count calories when cooking larger amount of food. Right now it is like a huge ordeal to do the math everytime I cook a meal unless I am just cooking for myself or my partner. Thanks in advance...and if anything I just said is unclear please just ask.

You can go to calorie-count.com. Look under the What's New heading, and you'll see a link for "recipe analysis". You have to be careful when entering foods to make sure there are no "red lights" in the bottom right corner of the screen b/c it will just not count items that it doesn't recognize and it's not super obvious.

Nutridiary has a "meal" option where you can enter in all your ingredients and then duplicate the meal by portion. I use it all the time and it's especially handy for things I make fairly often.

I like the one at calorie-count that Tara recommended. It's very easy to use. I cook a lot too and if I'm using a recipe I will write the nutritional info on the page in pencil.
