Default Old member coming back needs support
Hello everyone and I am abigi7 who was here along time ago and I need to get back at counting calories of 1500 a day. I am a great grand mother of year old twin girls who have been living with us since birth. Long story as to why they are with us and i really don't want to discuus it. I need to lose weight for my health and also to be a better grandma who can run after my girls. I saw my Dr. and he has told me to lose or I am going to be a full blown diabetic.....no way.
I need your support and help to keep me going and I will do all I can to help you on your journey to a better body. I try to get on everyday but I some time can't make it. I also have trouble getting around on this site and get lost so please be patient with me.
