Calorie & Carbohydrate Calculator/Counter
If you are like me and dont like the idea of running to the computer after every apple to put in the cals eaten... or so disorganized a personal little notebook will only get ripped up in my purse..... but still need something to help you count.... i have it!
It is a Calorie & Carbohydrate Calculator/Counter , you can get it on ebay... i dont know if i can post a link or not... so i wont.. i dont personally sell these... but i had one years ago and loved it.... now that one is lost ( fell off the wagon for food and lost the thing)
Anyway runs less then $20 and it has a lot of foods preprogrammed in, plus you can add your own.... read what you ate daily and then weekly. Comes in its own covered case.. It is made by Diet Coach. just look up Pocket Diet Calorie Carbohydrate Calculator Counter and you will find them. i love it!
