I eat them 1-2 times a week. It was used to way more then that when I worked, however since becoming a student I have more time to cook. However, I never add salt to anything and usually eat low sodium, so the sodium content was not a problem for me. I lost weight well eating them, plus it prevented me from binging on a bag of chips just because it was easier.

I used to eat them a lot and this thread got me thinking I haven't bought them in a while. I am going to buy some while shopping today!
They are fast, convenient, basically healthy, and perfect for folks like me who hate to cook. I always add some vegetables to these frozen meals to pump up the volume, and they are very satisfying that way. |
I eat about 4 of them a week, one a day at work lunches. (Fridays I treat myself to a salad from a local pizza joint!) I also steam up a bag of string beans to go with it, and eat a cup of them as well to help fill me up, and finish my lunch with an apple or orange. I'd starve if I ate just that alone!

Yes, I eat them at work, they help me stay on track. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup green beans or a small salad with them, and then a piece of fruit after, or as a snack a couple hours later. I eat some of the Marie Callendar meals that are lower calorie also, sometimes they satisfy me more.

I love the Lean Cuisine chicken nugget and pasta - can't remember the exact name but they are around 330 calories. I throw Old Bay on them and I can eat that one every night. They must be popular because Walmart sells them as a 4-pack.

I bet if you started eating whole foods you'd see the numbers on the scale you're losing double!! They are nice to have as a treat every now and then but not actually good for you!!
