I once saw this book " something 20 fat grams" anyway it came with this little plastic dial keychain.... you ate a gram of fat you clicked up a notch.

Default Calorie Counter

I have a calorie counter that is made by robi. It looks up foods and lets me put in my daily calorie goals. I hope that this helps. I bought it at a book store, but you may be able to find it online.
