Disappointed in myself

  • Well, I'm glad you're moving on. sometimes things like that happen....but how did eating it make you feel? Didn't your tummy feel bloated after eating that? Mine would....then I think about the nice clean feeling that healthy foods give me.

    I actually think it's a bad idea to "diet" for 6 days and do what you want on the 7th. Remember....this is a lifestyle change...not something to just do for weight loss and then go back to your old ways. You want to instill in yourself that healthy foods are the thing to eat and what you will continue to eat. By having that "off diet" day, you can actually hinder yourself by making yourself crave that stuff even more during the week.

    Be careful. And I'm sure you'll do fine...just no more visiting Ben and Jerry.

  • You shouldn't be mad at yourself, you should be mad at ben and jerry's for making their ice cream so fattening!
