Serving is 1 cup.
I will probably mix with other cereal, or eat 1/2 cup.
It does taste yummy.

1 cup is a lot better then 3/4 cup, which many cereals list as their serving size. To me that 1/4 cup makes a huge difference. 3/4 cup of cereal just doesn't satisfy me. I NEED a full cup. It DOES sounds yummy.

Sounds great -- I just don't love dried fruit in my cereal. :/

Seems like all my faves are in the 190-200 range, but luckily they satisfy me! I love Kashi Heart to Heart (3/4 cup) and Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax (1 cup). I usually have a banana with them, so that helps some too!

I just can't eat cereal for breakfast. If i eat a bowl for breakfast, before i go to work or even when i get to work, it just doesn't last until noon. But I do love cereal for dinner or a snack before bed at night. I'll have to check out that cereal. thanks!!

I believe Costco carries it. Even though I buy cereals for DH, I don't eat them myself. Although I do avoid cereals that have added sugar. Trader Joe's also carries some good high fiber cereals.
