Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal
This is adapted from The Yummy Life. I believe this would be acceptable on P2 and beyond. I am REALLY tired of eggs and I don't eat beans for breakfast.
I put in my pint Mason Jars:
1/4 c. Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt (Vanilla Yogurt is the best)
1/4 c. 1% milk
1 T. ground flax seed
1 packet of Splenda
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Cover your jars and shake the jars (or whatever you put yours in) really well and put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, throw in some fresh blueberries and microwave 1-1.5 minutes until hot. Enjoy! Some take this to work and eat cold.
Caution: If you use Mason Jars, they will be hot!
11 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber to help keep you satisfied.
