This is the recipe for french toast minus the toast Soooo good

3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Calorie Countdown Milk (or whatever kind u want that fits the diet)
1 capful of Vanilla
2-3 packets of splenda
1 Tbsp Cinnamon ( I use more but I love cinnamon)

cook up like scrambled eggs

Then I usually put parkay spray butter and nutmeg and 1 tbsp of sf pankcake syrup ENJOY!

these are so yummy. a lot like the cinnamon omelet, but easier because you cook them like scrambled eggs and don't have to worry about flipping and such.

i loved this recipe.. i add 1 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup over top and ooooh boy..i have never loved my eggs more...cause i hate ordinary eggs.
