cereals?

  • what are some good commercial brand cereals that are weight watchers friendly?

    special k?
    grape nuts?
    cherrios?
  • I eat fiber 1 (i think that's what it's called). It has 13 grams of fiber. SPecial K only has 1 gram.
  • I eat boring old Bran Flakes with fruit

I sometimes buy Special K or Kashi Crunch cereal.
  • My new favorites are the Strawberry/Vanilla Yogurt Cheerios. Yum!
  • Plain old fashioned oatmel. Just ask the fabulous Ladies Who Lift.
  • Some of my favorites are the Kashi Cinna-Raisin crunch or Go-Lean Crunch cereals. Both have high fiber (8g per 1 cup servings for both types I believe) which keeps you satisfied longer than say a bowl of corn flakes...

I've also just found a WW brand Honey-Almond Crisp cereal at Sam's Club... 2 pts per 3/4 cup per serving and with yummy blueberries. (4 g fiber per serving)

that's what i eat too. and when i miss breakfast, i eat it as a snack out of the box later in the day.
  • oops double post
  • I eat Bran Flakes,Fiber One, Weight Control Oatmeal (the one with high fiber/protein), or eggs
  • hmmm.....usually just eating Fibre 1 by itself makes me taste too much grit, I prefer to eat it mixed in my yogurt. Weight watchers have about 5 different boxed cereals in the grocery stores now......a little pricey, but look for them on sale.
  • I usually eat "ALL BRAN" 10 grams of Fiber in it. Or I have a Small Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut butter.
  • Kashi Go Lean Crunch...it's soo yummy!
  • I usually eat Quaker Corn Squares ( I believe that is what it is called ), it is 90 calories for 3/4 cup and five grams of fiber per serving ... so 1 point.
  • Rice krispies are yummy!!!
Hiya guys, im not normally in to my cereal but I had rice krispies today and they were fab, reminded me of being little again, for a medium sized bowl its only 1 and a half points
  • I mix 1/2 cup raisin bran with 1/2 cherrios = 2 Points & filling
