I've noticed that as I've lost weight I've developed a muffin top. I HATE it and don't know what to do. Is there any way I can minimize the look of it with what I wear? What about exercise..any specific I should do? I know that with more weight that I lose more fat could come off of there. I've only got about 15lbs to go though until I'm at goal and I'm afraid that it will still be there...
Well...I almost ALWAYS wear a cami under my shirt. I have some that are very form fitting and some that are just normal and loose and I really feel like they help smooth things out and provide a little bit of a "buffer" between my tummy fat and my outer shirt. Maybe that's just me?
Also, might be a good idea to try on some different styles of pants. Maybe you would like low rise better?
I also wear tight fitting camis under my shirts, I find them in the panty/bra department of any clothing store. They are thin, but very form fitting and help things fit into place.
I have the same issue - thanks for the idea of a cami!! I need to do something lol
