I was just wondering if any of you had a new procedure called smart lipo. Can it improve the sagging skin on arms and the belly?

I'll be curious to hear any first-hand accounts on this as well. From what I've been reading, it can improve skin tone, which I think is exciting. One of these days I'd like to get something done to the back of my legs.
