You're right about the spot reduction (sadly). Apparently your body likes to store fat in your love handles the best. I'm guessing that's the first place you put weight on? First on, last off.
Just focus on losing fat. It HAS to come off from there because it sounds like you don't have much fat left anywhere else.

I'm guessing every bit of those last ten pounds is right there in your "jelly roll".
What to do? Kick up your exercise intensity. Lift heavy. Eat as clean as possible. Be 100% on plan. Forget cheat meals. You know how they say the last ten pounds are the hardest? They weren't kidding, so hit it
hard.
My last 20 pounds were in my hips, butt, and thighs and yep, it finally came off. But it was at the very end of my weight loss and I had lost everything else so my body had to finally let go of its favorite fat deposits. I'm sure it will work that way for you too.
