    My main goals for this challenge is to exercise a minimum of 5 times a week as per the Winning By Losing book.

    Record my food in Calorie King each day.

    I will allow myself 1 meal a week off a week.

    SIZE WISE I WILL BE BACK INTO A SIZE AUD 16 BY THE END OF THE CHALLENGE. I am currently a size AUD 20-22.

    My goal for this challenge is to really work on my eatting. I have a real problem with eatting off plan. I will be trying ww yet again.

    10/29/06 - 187 (no change) I am not so happy with this, but I did not gain right
    11/5/06 - 189 (+2lbs) i am blaming this on TOM ok, and maybe some halloween candy

    What on earth did I let happen...only 3 years ago my waist was a 28.5 inches. My husband and I are leaving February 10th for Mexico, and I won't allow myself to feel self-concious about wearing a bikini. I just want the secure woman back who was comfortable in her own skin.

    My goal for the challenge is portion control! And pick up the exercising. I've been suffering from sciatica which prevents me from exercising but my goal is to change that!

    My goal is to fit into these size 18 pants that I LOVE and want to wear again. I am currently a size 22. I also want to make exercise into a habit that I just do, without having to make myself do it. I want to work up to exercising 5 times a week. And to eat better
