My main goals for this challenge is to exercise a minimum of 5 times a week as per the Winning By Losing book.

Record my food in Calorie King each day.

I will allow myself 1 meal a week off a week.

SIZE WISE I WILL BE BACK INTO A SIZE AUD 16 BY THE END OF THE CHALLENGE. I am currently a size AUD 20-22.

What on earth did I let happen...only 3 years ago my waist was a 28.5 inches. My husband and I are leaving February 10th for Mexico, and I won't allow myself to feel self-concious about wearing a bikini. I just want the secure woman back who was comfortable in her own skin.:df:

My goal is to fit into these size 18 pants that I LOVE and want to wear again. I am currently a size 22. I also want to make exercise into a habit that I just do, without having to make myself do it. I want to work up to exercising 5 times a week. And to eat better :)

Week 1's biggest loser was Tracynoelle23 with 2 lbs lost -1.11%
Week 2's biggest loser was ACharron with 3 lbs lost -1.58%

Week 1 purple teams totals 6.5 lbs lost -.65%
Week 2 purple teams totals 5.7 lbs lost -.57%

Way to go purple team!!

Week 3 biggest loser was TracyNoelle with 3 lbs loss for 1.69%
Week 4 biggest loser was Eviesmommy with 2 lbs loss for .8%

Week 3 total team loss was a gain of 5.4 lbs +2.5%
Week 4 total team loss was a loss of 2.2 lbs -.84%

Way to go purple team...lets pick it up!!
