Hi everyone -- Good news -- I'm down again to 278.5 ....and went to gym, and have stayed on my eating plan for 2 days....completely -- no cheats....
So the weigh in is Sunday....GO REDDDDDDDDDDDD! Looking forward to the challenge -- all pumped up for it....I knew that getting involved with Red Team would help me sort this out and get on track and it did.... Everyone remember to weight in! |
Hi everyone! Sorry for not posting much this week. My grandfather passed away while we were visiting, so we stayed longer for the funeral. I have gained again and am disappointed, but will get back on track next week.

Hi everyone -- another good day, feel focused.
Thought: Food is only food -- it really does hold an extraordinary power over us at times -- and it's power that we give it -- by itself, it's only a thing, a substance, necessary to sustain our life. Having been OP only 3 days, I'm just amazed at the difference of eating what I've planned versus grazing and eating emotionally. Oh, I always think a lot when I'm not emotionally eating....I FEEL more when I'm not emotionally eating... Anyhooooooo, hope everyone is doing well. Selway -- my condolences on the loss of your grandfather....poor sweetie :hug: Don't beat yourself up over any gain, you'll get back on track...again...:hug: Shanhat -- jetlagged?
