Default Red Team 2012 Spring Into Summer Exercise Thread Week 8 (06/18-06/24)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

I'm aiming for another week of exercise every day.

Monday- day 2 of couch to 5k - 2.2 miles in 31 minutes
Tuesday- walked 20 minutes on lunch
Wednesday- day 3 of couch to 5k!
Thursday- 22 min yoga
Friday- repeated day 3 of couch to 5k
Saturday- 22 min yoga
Sunday- 22 min yoga

Monday-Spinning - done - plus 1 hr on elliptical
Tuesday-Boot Camp
Wednesday-Spinning
Thursday-Pilates/Zumba
Friday-Rest
Saturday-Pilates/Zumba
Sunday-Body Step (if I can get up) or Zumba
