Default Red Team 2012 Spring Into Summer Nutrition Thread Week 6 (06/04-06/10)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Tuesday
Breakfast - Medifast cappuccino, coffee w/1T coconut milk creamer
Lunch - MF sloppy joe, 1T relish, 2T roasted red peppers, 1T sundried tomatoes, celery sticks
Supper - spinach stuffed turkey meatloaf, spinach salad w/shrooms, grape tomatoes, 1tsp EVOO
Snacks (am/pm) - MF bar, MF pretzels, MF brownie

Wednesday
Breakfast - Medifast eggs, shrooms, 2T salsa, 1T shredded cheddar, 1T EVOO, coffee w/2T coconut milk creamer
Lunch -
Supper - spinach stuffed turkey meatloaf, spinach salad w/shrooms, grape tomatoes, 1tsp EVOO
Snacks (am/pm) -

Thursday on plan
