Default Red Team Spring into Summer Nutritional Thread Week 1 (04/29-05/06)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Supper - gumbo with chicken, reduced fat sausage, onion, peppers, okra & celery, 5oz red wine
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 medifast bars, medifast brownie

Wednesday
Breakfast -medifast cappuccino
Lunch -medifast sloppy joe w/2T roasted red peppers & 1T sundried tomatoes
Supper -grilled salmon, wilted spinach, side salad w/1/2T balsamic vinagrette, 3 homemade potato chips topped w/melted cheddar
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 medifast bars, medifast puffs

Thursday on plan
Breakfast -medifast eggs, 2T salsa, 1/4c broccoli, 1 tsp EVOO, coffee w/2T coconut milk creamer
Lunch - medifast puffs
Supper - chicken cauliflower stew - http://www.sandyskitchenadventures.c...t-chicken.html - I just dump the cauliflower in at the beginning and cook it together
Snacks (am/pm) - medifast bar, medifast pretzels, medifast brownie, 1 oz cashews

Friday
Breakfast - medifast oatmeal, coffee w/1T coconut milk creamer
Lunch - medifast chili w/2T salsa, celery sticks
Supper - Vitamix soup - 1 box frozen spinach, 1 box silken light tofu, 1c veg broth, garlic/onion/hot sauce/mustard, 1/4c shredded cheddar, 5oz wine
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 medifast bars, medifast puffs

Saturday
Breakfast - medifast oatmeal, 2T flavored coffee mate
Lunch - medifast pretzels
Supper - spinach/spring mix with 4 shrimp, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, smoked gouda, balsamic vinaigrette, 2 whiskeys
Snacks (am/pm) - 3 medifast bars

Sunday
Breakfast - medifast oatmeal, 1T flavored coffee mate
Lunch - cobb salad - grilled chicken, 1T blue cheese, 1 slice bacon, 1 egg, artichoke hearts, balsamic dressing
