Sorry I thought we were on equal time right now and I had until 6. I had an awesome loss too. Oh well hope I can keep it off or I'll be off the team again. Don't think I'll be back then.

Leslie - the polar plunge sounds fun, it doesnt get cold enough in melbourne

Tkkoz Thanks for that. I'm really pleased I've managed to find my focus, and it seems to be getting easier everyday to do the right thing, something which has always been a struggle to me previously! I think it's seeing the results with my increased strength and fitness and my shrinking butt! I'm starting to believe that the skinny me is finally ready to come out, and it's exciting

So, this week, my focus is my fitness, I want to really step it up! I'm also (re)starting C25K this week Leslie, I'm excited but apprehensive! Really hope I get beyond week 5 this time!

Busy with uni work again this week, but it seems to take my mind off over indulging so I'm pretty happy with that

Have a fab week everyone, think positive thoughts

Great job everyone!! I envy your losses!! This morning I FINALLY, after almost 2 months, made it out of the 190s. I have not weighed less than this at any point in my adult life. I'm very happy today.

I was looking at old photos yestrday, and I'm pretty sure I'm the thinnest I've ever been as an adult too, and it really is so motivating!!

Today is a boring computer day doing uni research, and then BodyPump at 6pm.

Congrats on your weight loss! Been thinking about you lately I am sorry that I missed joining this winter,I didn't realize how much it had helped me be accountable.I have gained all of my weight back plus 15,so I am
going to try and get back on track today.

Good morning Blue Team !

Hope everyone has had a good couple of days. It's been good on this end... getting lots of things done. Off to water aerobics this morning then going to a couple of storage locker auctions with a good friend of mine. We go periodically to these but never end up buying anything. It's one of those 'fun to go and watch' kind of things.

Sorry I missed another weigh-in, don't know if I can get back on the plan just now. Been on a 3 day binge. I know you've all been there, but I don't know, I may just have to wait til next challenge, plus I don't want to bring the team down. We'll see. Definitely up in the pounds. Just can't seem to stay on track.

Doragone - i wont speak for anyone else here, but i believe you should concentrate on You. Dont worry about letting the team down. Working on your weight (even while falling into a funk) is all we can ask. Keep trying, you WILL break through

I cant wait for summer to be over, I'm holding onto sooo much water, my ankles are very sore and swollen . To make water weight worse, i've hit TOM!!! I desperately need to see a loss and am working hard towards that, so
