Blue Team Fall Frenzy 2011 Exercise Journal Week 2 (09/26-10/02)
For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! I went ahead and put "planning on" on the future dates, so it's there. And I'll come back to edit to put what I actually did.
Monday- 2 mile walk during lunch hour & zumba after work
Tuesday- 2.5 mile walk during lunch hour
Wednesday- zumba class
Thursday- 2 mile walk during lunch hour
Friday- out on lunch w/gfs
Saturday- zumba class
Sunday- Bum Day

Monday- 30 min walk/run intervals (22 min walk, 8 min run)
Tuesday- 45 min spin class
Wednesday- 30 min strength, 35 min walk/run intervals (20 min walk, 15 min run)
Thursday- rest (just did crunches and stuff)
Friday-

Sunday-
Monday-Hard Core Fusion; Walked 1.5 miles
Tuesday-500 calorie workout; Walk; C25K W1D1
Wednesday-REST
Thursday-SICK
Friday-SICK
Saturday-40 min of the Firm 500 cal workout; The booty bonus of Be a Knockout with Kendra
