Thanks for the encouragement, CanadaMel and Purplefirefly!

I think so much weight came off becuase my body was in shock. I truly had never worked so hard in my 3ish years of exercising. Never. Of course, I hope to see a loss next week with consistent exercise. My first real mini goal is 10 pounds down from my December 2009 WW starting weight of 183. So 173, HERE I COME!

Have a great week everyone! Let's whip some butt! LOL

Yeah! I'm back to my ticker weight before I started to put the pounds back on...phew! Don't want to ever go backwards again! 220's here I come!

I think I'm starting to get cabin fever, it seems like it's always cold here and I go from home, to work, and then repeat...what a rut. Hope the weather changes soon as it does get bit depressing. I put a bird feeder in front of my lrg window where I work out, I get to enjoy the great outdoors and watch the birds and squirrels...but that's about my highlight right now.

Oh, I almost forgot, I seen Avatar 3D on Tuesday, made it through the movie without popcorn or any added calories and enjoyed the night out. Need to start planning more "me times" like this.

Aiming for at least a pound and one-half loss (228.5) this week and to get outside and walk. Hope everyone has a great week.

Wink

Canada- I completely understand. I have hovered between 177 and 180 since Sept. Nothing seems to work. I am going to try more calories for a month, 1600-1700. That is about the only thing I haven't done. Cutting them doesn't help, working out more doesn't work, might as well give this a shot. What plan are you on?

Mindy-no specific plan, just watching calories- moderation on everything and more exercise.

Discogal- glad Sears is taking care of their mistake!

Armywife- you must be bubbling with excitement!

I took the kids to see the Squeakel today and everyone loved it. There were so many kids in there all laughing, it was nice and relaxing. Tomorrow, back to the not so relaxing weekday

oh those darn scales.....while they do help us to gauge our loss it can be a problem too! Especially as women and how we can retain fluid. I would just stick to weighing once a week if I were you as the scale can jump around a little from day to day. Also, weigh the same time each day with the same amount of clothes or no clothes (grins) on...however you normally weigh.

The team results are posted!

Congrats to Tamara for being our biggest loser! And to VeeDeeValentine, crcossel & tricia80 for being runner ups!

Just thought I'd give an update on how we are doing so far. Overall, VeeDeeValentine is our biggest loser, having lost 7.28% of her body weight in 3 weeks! Our overall runner ups are abey (6.44%), faert (5.99%) & dstill88 (5.11%).

This week a number of players were eliminated, as they have missed 3 weigh ins.
