  • Mandey, I think your plan looks busy but it sounds fun! My January plan is similar in terms of really stepping up my exercise.

    Mon-Fri Gym- 1hr cardio
    Tues/Thurs- An extra 30 minutes of weight training
    Tues-Fri- 1 hr hike home from gym and I do mean hike the mountain outside
    Saturday mornings- Hiking 1 hr
