My plan is too eat BFL style (protein and carb at every meal) to = 5 meals up to 1500 cals a day and do bfl style exercise 3 hiit's & 3 weight lifting (2 lbwo & 1 ubwo)

) I was good for the first 2 days there then kind of bad for 2 (not horrible just kind of bad) and then good and OP and on water when I got back. So I went up 2.2lbs in the 5 days I was gone but then lost that and then some so down 1.4 for the week.
