I am one of those who have really bad knees, are there any alternatives that I could do? One more question, which JM dvd would you recommend for somebody who has bad knees and very arthritic? My only cardio is swimming and stationary bike as my knees tolerate those activities and more importantly I am able to walk afterward lol.Originally Posted by Echo

I'm so glad we did great! I'm feeling a little bit down today because even though I'm only 3 lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight, my old jeans are not even CLOSE to fitting. 


And here I was hoping to be a loser next week! Oh well.
