So, let's get Fall of with a bang this week for our 3rd challenge! I'm going to go for a bit of a different challenge, a self-motivating challenge if you will.
My challenge is to do one good thing for yourself each day and compliment yourself each day. For example:
Monday: Activity - Took 30 minutes to read a book and relax.
Compliment - I am a great wife and step-mother.
If we all put ourselves in the right frame of mind, we can accomplish anything we set out to do. There are no restrictions to what your activity or compliment can include. Whatever makes you feel good bout yourself (i.e. Running for 10 minutes straight, a pedicure, a hot bubble bath, etc.etc.).
