Hi Red Team.....haven't checked in for a couple of days. Very busy weekend. Having trouble getting back on plan today. I better get back with it! Keeping my fingers crossed that Red wins this week!

I hate to be the post police, but there seems to be a little confusion about the weigh in thread. Each member should only have one post, which they will edit each week with their new weight. If a new post is made each week it will make it much more difficult for Shannon to tally up the results.

Despite being sick and unable to exercise because of that, I still lost 5.8 lbs! I am going back to bed to rest. GO REDDIES!

So I was psyched to see 264 this morning which means I’m down 6 pounds!!! I can only imagine what I would be down if I paid attention to what I eat more accurately. My acid reflux has been out of control for the past couple of days, so that has limited some of what I eat, but I still get it from just about anything. Hopefully I can get my meds this afternoon to fix that. My roommate just got a black lab puppy, so my plan for exercise today is to take her dog for a long walk (he is amazingly good on a leash for a puppy!). My weekend was kind of dull as I spent most of it working, but at least I made some good money (which will disappear shortly as my check engine light came on last night). Happy Monday everyone! |
Well, now that TOM is almost over, I am beginning to feel strong again. Believe it or not, I actaully got through the whole 30 minutes of the Level 1 workout on the Biggest Loser Bootcamp dvd. DH bought it for me Saturday night! I dont own any dumbbells so I used progresso soup! lol

I am kinda confused. I was told we should use our starting weight from our first weigh in (before the 8th of the month), and then this is our first official weigh in? That is what I did, thus the 15 pound loss (no way did I lose 15 pounds in one week, lol!). However it seems alot of people on here are posting their weight from just last week instead and just counting their loss from this week, instead of the past three weeks. Did I do it wrong?

You did it right. Some people weighed in with their starting weights sooner than others, so that can be one cause for a larger loss. And also, 15 lbs in 3 weeks is awesome! Way proud of you for that, I lost 6.6 in that time.

hi everyone just wanna say hi to u all.wow u ladies did an awesome job on weight loss.........im also in red team and a little about myself im a mom of 3 yr old and dont wanna try for another one untill ive lost some of the weight...........hopefully u all keep on losing weight best of luck with that
