Everyone sounds like they are doing a great job with exercising!
I went for my walk this morning with a friend and 2 miles into it, I thought I was going to pass out. Seriously, I had to sit down and drink some water. Talk about embarrassing! I really need to build up some stamina.

Hey Red Team. Not much to report from me today. Just work, work, work. But I like the paycheck so I guess I'll have to suffer through it a while longer. Went on my lunch hour and washed my car. It was filthy and FH gets a little upset when I let it get like that. Looking forward to watching TBL tonight. Not a big Jillian or Bob fan but like the way the contestants make me feel inspired to do something about my health. I am going to do some exercises during the commercials.

Anyway, I better get off here. I'll check back in either later today or tomorrow. Have a good night. And remember to be good to yourselves!!

Today is a crazy day with me as I have school followed directly by waitressing. Our fridge is still out of commission, so food has been and will be a little interesting for the next few days. My legs are super sore from the hike yesterday and we’re going on ANOTHER hike today...! UGH! I’m gonna be super tired for waitressing, but will sleep awesome tonight!

KimL - Yea.. I am thinking from all of the exercise I am retaining water in mucles as I have been informed that the water helps heal the muscles after workouts so they hold on to it..

CakeBatter - Way to go on 7 miles!!!

cakses - Wow! to 6pnds.. and I am very glad to hear you are feeling a little better.. heres to feeling even better tomorrow!!

BetteK - glad to hear you had a great weekend.. sounds like you had a really nice time!

IgetFit - I think that your walking group is such an incredible idea! What a wonderful thing to do.. I will definately be remembering you and that group of couragous ladies in my prayers!

SimpleRhythm - Good Luck in Weight Watchers! I know you can do it again!!

jayjay - way to go with adding int he jogging! It will get easier.. jsut stay strong and consistant!!

Watching TBL and it just really motivates me so much.
