Awesome! We have enough sign-up for decent sized teams, and oddly enough, the exact same # of returning members for each team. (My OCD is showing, isn't it? )
I'm making notes of preferences like those of msquared and k8zilla. I can't swear to anything, but I will try my best to honor all requests. I think it helps chat participation and drop out rates to put you on a team you're comfortable with when you start out a new challenge.

Ramble all you want Dee.... You are doing all of us a HUGE favor by putting this together. This last challenge was a tremendous motivator.
I'm looking forward to once again being inspired and accountable to the Red Team. Does anyone have any suggestions for a name; something like Dee came up with (Bob's Blue Badgers)? I also wanted to post my email address (CruiseCAT at verizon dot net) in case you would like to contact me directly. I would love ideas and input for team QOTD and weekly challenges.

What sorts of mini-challenges are there?
Are people eliminated based on how much they lose/don't lose like in the real BL?

The mini-challenges vary, last challenge we (I) dropped the ball a bit, but it was my first challenge as leader so they cut me some slack.
No one is eliminated unless they fail to weigh in for more than 2 weeks. We let you use two freebies, and then you are eliminated if you fail to log in.
Can I sign up, too, please? Never done one before but I think being accountable beyond myself might give me a needed kick!
I'll post my starting weight in a few days. Just getting past TOM, plus got a brand new Tanita scale, which I know is gonna weigh me higher than my old analog, just like the doctor's scale does.
I'm looking forward to this!

K8zilla also referred me. I would love to join on any team! I find the nine months on, nine months off, post baby excuse only lasts for nine months, so it is time for me to start taking care of myself.

Thanks Dee for heading this up, I would be in b - i - g trouble without some accountability over the summer. As it is, I'm up to 227# and that's my starting weight. Blue team is good if possible.
I'd like to be in too. Red team again, if they'll have me. I dropped out last time. I actually dropped from this board, from counting calories, from food journaling, everything and man my scale is showing it. I'm so disappointed in myself, but ready to get back to working towards a healthier me.
Great! We have a lot of new team members this challenge, that's always fun.
Don't forget that you can jump into the combined team chat thread at anytime. I think the "vetrans" would agree with me that a sure way to stay with the challenge is to get to know your team mates in the chat threads.
