Thursday's Goal - 1400 Calories & 100 ounces water

Breakfast - 1c. Kashi Cereal & 1c. Milk = 310
Lunch - 3/4c. brown rice (128), 1oz cojack cheese (110), green beans (40) = 278
Snack - 1oz cojack cheese (110) & 1 slice bread (70) = 180
Dinner - french bread pizza = 390
Snack - 3 nutter butter cookies = 195

Total - 1353 calories & 100 ounces water

Friday Goal = 1500 calories, 75 ounces of water

B - log in breakfast foods and drink = x calories/points
S - log in snack if you eat one in between meals = x calories/points
L - log in lunch = x calories/points
S - log in snack = x calories/points

W - log in total water consumption for the day

Actual = xxx calories, xxx ounces of water

S- string cheese 60 granola bar 140
L- Ziti 250
S- Cake (too much cake) 300 and chips 100
D- 1c. Hamburger helper 320
Total- 1370
Water- 40 oz.

I was so munchy today. Everything in sight was in danger of going into my mouth.


Friday's Goal- 1400 calories 40 oz. water

B- Toast and Jam 120 P.butter 95
S- Yogurt 100 granola bar 140
L- Lean cuisine panini 350
S- pringles sticks 90
D- chicken and noodle stuff est. 350

Total 1245
Water 32 oz.


Sunday's Goal- 1400 calories

B- Donut 250 I actually ate a donut. What was I thinking??
L- Ham sandwich 180 baked Lays 140
S- Cake 200
D- spagetti 400 garlic bread 150
S- I think I have room for some light ice cream 140

Total- 1410
Water- 48 oz. I did pretty good today
