Friday Goal = 1500 calories, 75 ounces of water

B- cereal and milk 200 S- string cheese 60 granola bar 140 L- Ziti 250 S- Cake (too much cake) 300 and chips 100 D- 1c. Hamburger helper 320 Total- 1370 Water- 40 oz. I was so munchy today. Everything in sight was in danger of going into my mouth. Friday's Goal- 1400 calories 40 oz. water B- Toast and Jam 120 P.butter 95 S- Yogurt 100 granola bar 140 L- Lean cuisine panini 350 S- pringles sticks 90 D- chicken and noodle stuff est. 350 Total 1245 Water 32 oz. Sunday's Goal- 1400 calories B- Donut 250 I actually ate a donut. What was I thinking?? L- Ham sandwich 180 baked Lays 140 S- Cake 200 D- spagetti 400 garlic bread 150 S- I think I have room for some light ice cream 140 Total- 1410 Water- 48 oz. I did pretty good today |

Raisin Bran w/Almond Milk - 225 Grapefruit - 41 Roast Beef Roll ups w/Cream Cheese - 251 Kiwi (2) - 93 Turkey & Deli Deluxe on Wheat thins (8) - 200 Lean Cuisine - Lasagna - 320 Ben & Jerry's 3.5 oz cup - 200 Total - 1330 calories & 100 oz. of water Friday - 1400 100 oz. of water B - 1 egg omelet with veggies, cheese & turkey - 325 S - L - S - D - Total xxxx calories & xxx ozs. of water |
Friday's Goal - 1400 calories & 80 ounces water
Breakfast - 1/2c. Kashi with 1/2c. milk (155) & 1/2 piece banana pudding square (130) = 285 Lunch - Cheese sandwich (360) & 1 banana pudding square (260) = 620 Dinner - 1 Chicken Fajita = 351 Totals - 1256 calories & 80 ounces water |
Saturday's Goal 1700 calories & 100 ounces water
Early Morning Snack - banana pudding square (260) & toritilla (150) = 410 Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs (140) & toast (70) = 210 Lunch - 1c. brown rice (170) & peas (55) = 225 Dinner - hamburger (530), chips (160), dip (125)= 815 Total - 1660 calories & 100 ounces water |
Saturday's Goal- 1400 calories
B- French toast 240 S- Baked Lay's 150 L- Leftover Hamb. Helper 320 S- Cake 200 D- Orange chicken and fried rice I have no idea!! S- Popcorn 100 Total ??? Darn Chinese |
