Do 20 Jumping Jacks, then 20 Walking lunges while holding 3-5lb weight, hold weights at sides and lunge forward and then backwards with right leg, repeat on left side. Repeat sequence. |

Now do...20 lunges and 20 squats |
Done! :)
Now do 10-20 Bent-Over Rows and 10-20 Plie Squats. Focus on doing them slow with good form. |
