Default "Party Like It's 2009" Red Team Week #4 Challenge

Ok we've done exercise minutes, water intake and cardio/strength challenges. What next?

How about a push ups and sits ups challenge? Pick your days and your number of push ups and sit ups you'll do each day.

For example you can choose to do 50 sits ups Mon/Wed/Fri and 20 push ups on Tues/Turs/Sat. Or vice versa. Your choice. Let's give it a try!

I'm not good at doing pushups.. so I only take 10 of them

2/2 - 100/100 situps
2/3 - 10/10 pushups
2/4 - 113/100 situps
2/5 - 0 - moved the pushups to friday
2/6 - 10/10 pushups
2/7 - 10/10 pushups, 119/100 situps
2/8 - nothing

I do quite a bit of sit ups at the gym when i am with my trainer. I think its 110. Im on my way to the gym, I may modify this later

Perfect timing, I was just telling Mack that I needed to start doing push-ups and sit-ups.

Mon 20/50 sit ups and 10/20 push ups

FYI: My "Sit-Ups" are different types of crunches and my "Push-Ups" are done with my knees down.
2/2-Rest
2/3-100/100 Push-ups
2/4- 100/100 Crunches
2/5- 100/100 Push-Ups
2/6- 100/100 Crunches
100/100 Push-Ups
2/7- 100/100 Crunches
2/8- 100/100 Push-Ups
