Well done TheRose on your week 2 results!

TheRose 01-20-2009 02:48 AM

Thank you!
You are doing pretty well you to :)

MissVitality 01-20-2009 05:21 AM

Trying my best! Might need to cool it a bit this week - I was sick last night after exercising - not pleasant. Resting so far today and will see how I feel later before deciding whether or not to go to my classes tonight.

Ok guys--I came back too as I need to keep up with the exercise goal. Again, shooting for my 400 minutes, I think I'll make it with my 90 min. swim class tomorrow......and a 20-30 minute walk later today.....

But what a struggle the last 2 weeks to get in all my usual exercise!!!!

PS--I'm way back on page two.....

MissVitality 01-31-2009 04:15 PM

Welcome back Modcat :) We are on page 2 as well so easy to keep up with each others results

modcat44 02-01-2009 11:33 AM

Off to swim now for 90 minutes! But, I did not get in another small bout of exercise last night, so may fall short this week of 400. But----Next week is the beginning of a whole new focus for me! :club:

MissVitality 02-01-2009 02:56 PM

Me too, Modcat! I have been setting myself really quite high targets for the last two weeks and not met them. With all that life has thrown at me laately, time has not been on my side!

I've lowered my target this week to something a bit more realistic.

Here's to a great Week5 on the exercise challenge!
