Hey everyone! I'm not new to the boards, but I've been more of a lurker than a poster. I'm really hoping that being in this challenge will help me with my weight loss goals this year. I HAVE to lose at least 40 lbs. It might not sound like a lot but at 4'11", it would take me from being obese to being at a normal healthy weight. I feel like I'm falling apart at 26. But it's a new year and I have new motivations...
So I can't wait to find out what team I'm on... and I hope both teams lose like crazy, not just the one I'm one.
Girl take your time. It's not going to kill us to wait And since I haven't said much about the late people, they are more than welcome to post on the threads, but rules are rules. They were up for a long time.
I guess I'll throw in my two cents. This is supposed to be fun. People are doing the best they can, and we appreciate that. Let's just all chillax (as my children say) and enjoy this challenge.
If there is one thing I have learned through my weight loss journey, it is PATIENCE!! I will miss people who missed weigh-in , but I hope you will still drop in and cheer us on. I will still be cheering you on.
Hey everyone - have we discussed the newest Biggest Loser DVD: "Bootcamp"? I just saw it at Target today and thought it might be new. It was Ali on it, so it is new-ish. There was also a yoga one with Bob and Ali and some others on it. Has anyone picked up Bootcamp yet? Any reviews?

I got both the Bootcamp and the Yoga DVD for Christmas. They are both new and came out just before Christmas. I have done the bootcamp L1 about 3 or 4 times. It is pretty easy. I should probably try L2, it looks a bit more difficult. The yoga was a surprise. It actually gets me sweating and gives a good workout. This ain't no ordinary yoga. I have only done L1 on that one too.
Hey, I'm sending out a challenge to all you blue team low-230's girls - do you think we can reach 200 by end of the challenge? I think it's totally doable if we can drop like 10 lbs a month. Stretch goals are good! ANyone interested? Rhonda? Me4life? There's quite a few of us......
