Default Red Team Weekly Allowance Thread #6


Lets get moving Red Team...list your chores and earn your allowance!

New this week? Well here is how you do it!

1. Make a list of "chores" one "chore" for each day of the week, starting on Monday (11/24 - 11/30)

Here is an example of your chore list-
Monday - 30 minute walk
Tuesday - Last chance workout during TBL commercials
Wednesday - 45 minutes yoga
Thursday - 15 minutes on the elliptical
Friday - walk somewhere instead of driving
Saturday - weights
Sunday - Workout DVD

2. At the end of the week, when you've completed all your "chores" you will have earned your allowance. If you can make it through the week, you need to take go buy yourself something, doesn't have to be anything major just SOMETHING! A new book, a starbucks coffee, a new toe nail polish, a nice candle, a flower...you get the idea.

Can you make a list and stick to it for 7 days?

Post up your lists! Check those chores off as they are done! Then we want to know what you bought for yourself!

Monday - 60 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Tuesday - 60 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Wednesday - 60 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Thursday - 120 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Friday - 120 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Saturday - 120 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**
Sunday - 60 mins walking, 35 pushups, 75 situps **Done**


Allowance - I've decided to make this a bit more challenging. I've been wanting to get the Hobbit & LOTR unabridged audiobooks, so I'm going to be earning them each week. One week for each book, but I have to have earned all four of them before I can get them. So I'll need to stay on track for 4 weeks. I have completed the first week, earning The Hobbit. This week I'm trying for The Fellowship of the Ring.

Mandey's Chore List:

Monday: 20 minutes Wii Fit, 10 minutes Jillian Wii game, and 2+ miles WATP. (850 total calories burned).
DONE: 30 minutes Wii Fit (200 calories burned); 10 minutes Jillian Wii Game: Light, Intervals 10 minutes (140 calories burned); WATP Walk Slim 4 Really Big Miles with Stretchie (510 calories burned).

Tuesday: 20 minutes Wii Fit, 10 minutes Jillian Wii game, and 2+ miles WATP. (930 total calories burned).
DONE: 31 minutes Wii Fit (320 calories burned); Walk/Jog/Run to school & back, 1 mile in 25 minutes (310 calories burned); 1 Fast Mile WATP Walk Slim 23 minutes (170 calories burned); Jillian Wii Game: Light, Hill Climb 10 minutes (130 calories burned).

Wednesday: 20 minutes Wii Fit, 10 minutes Jillian Wii game, and 2+ miles WATP.
DONE: Jillian Wii Game: Light, Strength Training 10 minutes (100 calories burned); 25 minutes Wii Fit (230 calories burned);

Thursday: 20 minutes Wii Fit, 10 minutes Jillian Wii game, and 2+ miles WATP.
Friday: 20 minutes Wii Fit, 10 minutes Jillian Wii game, and 2+ miles WATP.
Saturday: 20 minutes Wii Fit and 15 minutes Jillian Wii game.
Sunday: 20 minutes Wii Fit.

Allowance: New shoes for the military ball I have on Dec 4th.

I have to kick it into high gear, I've maintained the same weight (133.2 lbs) for 4 days straight now. I need a loss and to tone up so I can feel comfortable at the ball next week!

Ok, here I am. I have fallen off the exercise horse the last 2 weeks. This is a new week!

Goal: Monday-Sunday do Shred (Level 2) Five Times!

Allowance Reward: New T-shirts (Got it even if I didn't get every day done.)
