Sun - uhhh.... ??? Not sure
Mon - 60 min walk (couldn't run - no sports bra

)
Tues - 30 min bike, c25K + walk 45 min, 10 min pilates
Wed - 30 min bike, ???? Uh oh, gonna have to sleep on this
Thurs - 30 min bike, 1 hour walking/running
Fri - 1 hour yard work (lawn mowing, building agility eqipment, etc.)
Sat -
325 min/ ????
