I wasn't able to participate the first week but I'm recommitting today.

I've been working out every day of the challenge for 90 minutes, come **** or high water, I do it. It's always some of these: cardio/yoga/swimming/Aquafit/weight training. Should I keep logging it everyday?

I am bummed that I lost all my goals-but serves me right for not saving them somewhere else-let's see if we can remember most of them
1) weigh in under 157 and win DH 2) increase my strength to fatigue as follows: biceps curl/shoulder press/triceps extension 8 lbs from 20-40 pushups (girly) from 20-50 (10 full) plank hold from 20 sec. to 60 sec. crunches from 50-100 3) increase my running indurance from 10 min. to 20 min. per 45 min. session 4) drink 3 32 oz jugs a day 5) eat OP 6/7 days 6) relax for 30 min. everyday 7) speak positively about myself JUNE Week 1 June 1: REST June 2: ?
