I don't think I'm going to make this one... For my exercise, it's quality not quantity... I exercise a good 30-40 minutes a day, but those 30-40 minutes are hard! My hour and half walks with hubby are easy compared to my real workouts.

pec flys - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
shoulder raise - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
bicep curl - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
bicep curl, standing - 3 sets, 12 reps, 7.5 lbs
ab crunches - 2 sets, 50 reps

elliptical - 20 min/305 cal (warm up)
treadmill - 12 min/50 cal (cool down)

*20 minutes of Jillian's 30 day shred on exercisetv

*45 minutes swimming

*60 minutes playing outside with the boys

*60 minutes treadmill/elliptical
*30 minutes Wii Sport Boxing/Tennis/Bowling
