Good thing I don't have a car, I can count all my getting around :). But still 111min/day is a lot :eek:.

5/4 ~ 120 min Walking (16 blocks to farmers market, 60 min shopping, 16 blocks back w/ purchases)

I made it! I went over by 17 minutes. This was VERY hard for me to do. I have to admit I'm worried about how I'm going to make any increases in miles... I'll still be participating, of course (can't win if you don't even try) but... well, we'll just have to see. :)

I'm in. Looks like I'll be doing some walking at lunch and lots of pilates this week.

May 4 - 180 minutes of outdoor work and horseback riding

30 minutes PUSH.tv
45 minutes gardening (really two hours but not counting it all)

30 minutes spinner


Total = 360 so far! (Target is 455)

Wow... the pictures are beautiful! Gonna be a lot of miles! Guess I better get to it!

5/5- 30min yoga w/weights & 135 House cleaning (major sweat breaking!)
5/6- 30 min walking
5/7- 30 min walking
5/8- 45 cleaning
5/9- 60 cleaning - big fish tank - carried 15 buckets of yucky water out too
5/10- 2 1/2 freaking hours of major cleaning before week of vacation!!!!! 120 min

Total this week 485 miles!

I don't know if my ticket on P90X will take me to Panama City...but I'll try. I may get dumped in a desert island.

May 4 = KenpoX - 55 minutes
May 5 = Yoga X - 92 minutes
May 6 = Coresynergistics (57 minutes) + 1 mile neighborhood walk (20 minutes) & moving deck furniture (35 minutes) = 112 minutes
May 7 = KenpoX - 55 minutes
May 8 = this is the first time stretch X was called for on the schedule. i did it but i just can't count it as exercise minutes.
May 9 = Cardio X - 43 minutes
May 10 = Power Yoga for Happiness (subsitution for Yoga X) (90 minutes) + 45 minutes of walking

total minutes = 492

3.2 HIIT on the Treadmill (55 minutes + 5 minute cool down)
15 minutes abs, weights on chest & legs, Squats, Push-ups.

May 6:Rest

May 7:
3.7 Miles
35 minutes on the Treadmill
30 minutes doing WATP 2 Miles
15 minutes abs, legs, & stretches.
80 minutes total

May 8:
60 minutes Cleaning.
40 minutes Pilates- abs, legs & buns.
100 minutes Total.

May 9:

30 minutes WATP 2 miles
20 abs, pushups, legs (Resistance ball)
20 minutes Free weights- Arms, Back, & Chest

70 minutes Total


May 10:
3.5 hours (210 minutes) of Walking up and down hills @ Dollywood. :D

May 11: REST!


Total= 640/455 Miles(minutes) HA! Me and my cabana boy went to a private beach, hehe!;)

I have to add that I'm not really happy about adding chores. They may 'count' but even at my highest weight I did laundry, housework, etc. It was adding regular planned (higher heart rate) exercise that helps with my weight loss. Most weeks I've done 540 mins of higher heart rate activity, and that's a lot. No way I could do 777 mins of that a week. However, since we now seem to be counting lower activity, here goes on 'lifestyle' minutes:

5/4/08 - none, rest day
5/5/08 - 30 mins treadmill, 30 mins swimming laps, 45 mins strength training (includes some TM) = 105
5/6/08 - 60 mins treadmill, 30 mins swimming laps = 90
5/7/08 - 30m treadmill, 30m swimming laps, 45m strength training, 30m digging (was 75, counting 30) = 135
5/8/08 - 30m swimming laps = 30
5/9/08 - 30m treadmill = 30
5/10/08 - 90m garden work (was 180, counting 90) + 30m swimming laps = 120

Total - 510/455 :beach:

I'm locking up the Week Two post for a few hours so I can do some changes.

I was explaining to Melissa this morning that its hard to make things an even playing field because some of you log about over 100 mins per day and others are less than 30.

I'm going to make some changes today since work is slow, and it should make things not so drastic. Make sure you check out the Exercise Challenge thread for further details in about an hour or two. :D
