Some of you posted times in this thread.... I moved them over to the proper thread which is labeled Week One.

Debbie, you can post daily or weekly, just as long as your times for this week (which ends May 2nd) are in by 10 pm EST 5/3.

Starting next week, you'll have from Saturday to Sunday to exercise... just this week is short cause the challenge is starting late

Thanks, chelle!

I was just starting to get complacent this week with my excercising and starting to convince myself that I don't really need to go to the gym today... this challenge is exactly what I need to give me some accountability and get me into the gym and moving some extra as well!!

I have a question! Does deep house cleaning count as exercise? I have a full day of cleaning facing me, a sick child, a dog who just had surgery and is very time consuming right now... I am not sure how I will be able to fit in my actual excercise regimen today! I can't neglet the housework today!!!

I would say that cleaning and Wii games that require lots of movement can count if you do at least 30 mins of them.

(little dusting jobs don't count!)

WOO HOO! I am sooo glad to hear that, and I sure my dh will be glad too! becasue the carpets need vacuuming, the floors need sweeping and mopping, the bathrooms need scrubbing... the list goes on and on!!! So far today, I have done 4 loads of laundry, cleaned and vacuumed our game room and scrubbed my kitchen... a slight dent in the mound I have ahead of me! Thank you for letting us count the housework!!!

Hi! I'm totally new here, especially to the whole chat thing, and these threads can confuse me sometimes. What thread will the milage be posted in? I saw someone mentioned 67min for this week, but I never actually saw "Do 67 minutes a day". Is it updated weekly in the log, or will it be a new thread? Thank you!
