I have lost 14.5 pounds so far this challenge...as well as going from a size 17/18 pant size to a size 15/16.
I don't know for sure but I think I have lost 2 inches off of my hips and thighs, my problem areas.
But aside from what I have lost, I have gained so much more. I have gained the motivation to keep on going towards my final goal. I have gained the knowledge that you are never too lost to start again. I have gained the self confidence to wear more revealing outfits this summer, including a bikini which I haven't been able to pull off in about 4-5 years. I have gained some killer musle tone. I can now run over 3 miles. I'm almost not overweight anymore. I'm starting to actually like exercise. I'm starting to actually like myself.
