    WOOOHOO 2 in a row!!! The stretching wasnt in the morning but I did stretch today, hoping it would ward off soreness.

    R - was able to make a plan even though woke up late
    E - exercised 30 minutes tonight C25K W3D2
    D - daily affirmations
    W - drank above daily goal!
    I - The Biggest Loser Success Stories
    N - tried a new Protein Cookie after my workout. Super Duper Yummy
    S - stretched for 10 minutes after workout

    Woohoo I did them all today!
    The try something new, is kind of tricky to do every day. But luckily in Cardio Kickboxing we did a new exercise that I had never done before. OUCH!!! It was for hips and butt!

  • R~ planned food and my walk
    E~ did my walk on the track for 30 minutes
    D~ I gave myself a positive self talk today.
    W~Got in my 64oz
    I~ Read success stories on the WW site this afternoon
    N~ my something new was listening to a walking cd while I walked. I got it at the library and was amazed at how much it enhanced my walk.
    S~ stretched after my walk

    It feels really good to spell that out!

    Thank goodness for my hula hooping because I had to take the night off the other exercise! My arms are SORE!
