Nori- Great family photos!

Marianne - I checked out your link to the conservative c25k program- are you planning on doing it outdoors or on a treadmill?

That's awesome! I have had the same experience with my little ones. They eat things that they would never be exposed to if I weren't making the effort to be healthy. My oldest loves hummus. :) The toddler loves dates. Though I'm pretty sure it's because they're as sugary as candy ;) . And I found a 'pudding' recipe the baby loves - rice milk, avocado, banana, dates - that's really healthy. The color is atrocious, but the taste is yummy. :)

G'morning ladies. :coffee:

Jordan, I'm sorry that happened. But today is a new day, girlie! It's ok. Always know that it could be worse. Everything could ALWAYS be worse than it is.

Chelle, I like the new pic. Your make up looks purty. Why no smile tho?? Gimme some grin too!! :D

Purple, yay for the great fitting jeans. I wanna be a 16!!!

Nori, awww sweet pics! Thanks for sharing.

kgood, sorry you are down a bit. Hope you feel better soon. You got a new camera, I'm jealous! Mine isn't so good and I need a new one too. Have fun with it! :dancer:

Heather, those foods sound yummy. Isn't it great when kids do eat well because you taught them to? A good mommy moment I'd say!

Vanessa, awww hugs to your Dad! Tell him he has lotsa ppl praying for him thru this thread! Glad your son liked the stir fry. I love that stuff too. I'm never without my soy sauce (even with its high sodium!). :)

Marianne, both ur decisions sound great. I like the photo idea! :carrot:

Dee, ummm.. no fair. I want a hammock day!!!!! :tantrum:

Krisr, congrats on the 2.2 lbs! That's great!!! :cb:

Daimere, mini goals are smart. I have them too! You CAN do this, we can do this!

Hiya to all the other Bluezers here! We can do this!!!

Hugs, Selina

GirlyGirlSebas 02-18-2008 09:42 AM

Good morning, Blueser! Happy Monday.

Today is my official weigh-in day and I'm down 1.4 pounds. This is my third consecutive loss and I'm pretty psyched about that! Staying ultra busy on the weekends has been my solution for not going off-plan. And, my house has never looked better. Now, I must confess to being a bit greedy....I want a bigger number for next Monday's weigh-in. As I've been 100% on target with my calorie counts, I know of only one way to bump up my numbers....sweat! The kiddos are out of school this week, so I can sleep a couple of extra hours in the mornings. I'm well rested, so I have no excuses. I will be on the treadmill after work today and everyday. Also, I need to get this body ready for the C25K program I'm starting on the 1st.

Jordan - What happened? The only way to prevent future binges is to take a serious look at what went wrong this time and put together a plan to prevent this from happening in the future. And, don't let this throw you off-plan. Remember....you're in a marathon!
Selina - I messed up on the cruise last week, too. I'll have to try again this week.
Karen - I'm sorry you're feeling down. I remember how down I was before my 30th birthday. I had a harder time with that one than I did with my 40th. Once its passed, you'll feel much better. Hang in there.
Purple - It may take a while for your heart to catch up with your head....until then, just keep telling yourself that the fat won't be here for much longer. As you continue to lose, your faith will continue to increase. I'm so proud of you for keeping on despite the doubts!
Zinke - No need to cross those fingers....You've been on-plan and I'm sure that will show on those scales.
Chellez - Nice picture!
Daimere - I can always find inspiration by reading the Goals thread and looking at the goals and mini-goals pictures. Seeing the progress that other women have made does encourage me that I can make incredible changes in my life, too.
Marianne- The conservatice C25K sounds like a great plan
Nori - I've always loved that picture of you! And, Hubby and baby are precious.
Vanessa - You are setting a wonderful example for you son! Congratulations!

Well, I better get some work accomplished today! Have to impress the new boss and co-workers.:D Hope everyone has a great on-plan day. GO BLUE!

sportmom 02-18-2008 09:48 AM

Nori, so are you a nurse in a ped office? And your dh, you said he gets called in often - what does he do?

I love the pix of your active family lifestyle. Your face looks so happy in yours, and your kiddies and dh look so beautiful/handsome as well. Thanks for sharing those!

practiceliving 02-18-2008 10:21 AM

Vanessa - I don't own a treadmill, so I'll be doing it outside. I had started the regular C25K program in the summer, but my lungs (I'm asthmatic) weren't having any of it, and there was a guy in my (very hilly) neighbourhood attacking people, so I stopped. Now things are settled down in my area, so I feel safe to be out alone at 6am again ;) and I think the conserv. C25K will adjust my lungs to the running/hills better! I'm excited!

Okay gotta run and make some breakfast before I go to work! What did everyone have for breakfast today? You DID all have breakfast, right?

chellez 02-18-2008 10:29 AM

:yay: I promised personals this morning and I'm here to deliver!

Theresa - Happy belated Birthday! You are such a goof if you think I'm mad about the travel challenge! Here's my :kickbutt: comment: Don't quit, just post when you can! How not fun is it to say you quit something? :congrat: on the new fitting jeans!

Nori - I'm not sure if the $$ is an advance on the 2008 taxes or not. I was talking to my hubby and he said he doesn't think they can do that to Americans because there would be no way of knowing each person's return for next year. Not to mention if people lost their jobs or didn't make enough in 08 to cover the advance... it would be counter productive. :dizzy: A Johnny cake is cornbread that's made into cake form instead of muffins and is so yummy! I have a sweater with a hood on in my picture... its my favorite  Cute pictures of the family!

Marianne - Sorry about the yoga workshop! Are there any other types of books other than paranormal romance? :dizzy:

Zinke - I didn't become a $$ saver until this year. Really it was because I have things I want eventually (like a new car) and I won't be able to afford those things if I don't start saving now. Not to mention the house payments start in 12 days! :goodluck: on your WI!

Vanessa - Still praying for your dad over here! Being a single mom is rough, so don't fret about not being here 24/7

Kimberly - the new pic. Happy Belated Birthday to your little man!

Rhonda - I'm gonna pm you today! :p You sound like me reading 3 to 5 books in a week. The guy ringing up my books in Barnes and Noble was floored when I told him I could read a 400 + page book in 2 days. Applebee's has that Weight Watchers menu and I tend to stick to that when I go there.... its saved me more than once before.

vixjean - I have a treadmill now but I used to workout in my apartment complex's gym and walk around the neighborhood.

Karen - You may want to compare the shutter speed of the new camera with the old one. Or is it just slow to save pictures?

Selina - Like I told Theresa, :kickbutt: don't quit... just post when you can! There's a devilish grin in that picture, you just have to click on it to see it!

jordan - What brought on the binge? Details needed here! :listen:

Heather, Ellie, KrisR, Cristina, Fran, & Shannon -

I had a bowl of Special K Chocolately Delight with some 2% milk.... at 5 am

It's 10:34 and I'm famished and tired :(

Woo! Work bills and personals took a lot longer than I expected... but thats ok! Cause I got um done and really now there's nothing left to do for the day since its raining.

I woke up this morning thinking it would be cold since it rained last night and was sprinkling when I got up at 5. I walked outside and it was 65! :beach: OMG I want summer here so bad... if I could only shed 30 lbs before May that would be great

So I decided last night that I'm going to start my bucket list. Yea, I know I'm not even 23 yet... but I'd rather start now so I know I can get these things done before I'm long gone. The first thing I said I wanted was a big trip (I'm talking Europe for a week or so) before I have kids. I still have a few years, and with that tax stuff coming in, I'll have more than enough to get started on that.

I need to update the Cruise today, but more than likely it will be after lunch as my eyes are going crazy and I'm really not in the mood. I stopped by the house this morning before work.... lets just say I'm going to get my exercise in cleaning tonight because the house is a total wreck! :faint:

Well I'm heading off for a bit... need to finish Lover Eternal so I can move on to the next book. :D

dixied 02-18-2008 10:40 AM

Morning team! I seem to have broken my plateau! I'm only down a pound from last week, but considering I took an entire week off from exercise and upped my calories, I'll take it. Hopefully the extra food and the break from workout has reset my body. :crossed: I'm still struggling to each enough calories, but I think I'll eventually get the right balance.

Nori - You're family is cute. I wish mine would go hiking with me. I'm the only outdoorsy type in our family.

Vanessa - I'll add your Dad to our prayer lists.

Rhonda - A 1.4 pound loss sounds fantastic to me!

Marianne, Selina - I'll be happy to scooch over int he hammock and make room for you, but it's only getting to 60 degrees F here today, might want to wait til it warms up later in the week.

What did everyone have for breakfast today?

I had a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter before I went to the gym. And just now I had a Zone Perfect Chocolate Graham bar at my desk.

blue apples 02-18-2008 11:07 AM

Hi everyone! Congrats to all of you! Sorry I haven't checked in...no excuses.
I'm in a slump and the weather is not helping! I really love to do outdoor activities and it just ain't happening in WI.! So, really trying to do more than yoga...really need cardio! I've been stuck w/ a 1lb loss for 2-3 weeks...looking for a 3 lb loss this week. Wish me luck! Have a great day everyone!

jordan 02-18-2008 11:16 AM

Morning girls. First off, Nori, your family is beautiful! Thank you all for the support, I'm back on plan! I wish I could tell you what brought on the binge, but honestly, NOTHING happened. I was totally fine, then next thing I was off the deep end. That is the hardest part about my binges, rare as they are I am completely unable to pinpoint a trigger. I wasn't sad, wasn't excited, wasn't even bored. I guess I have a whole lot more self exploration to do.
Sulking in my failure last night I went back and looked at pictures to reassure myself that my progress was real. I only have one before picture, taken about 8 months ago, then I took a picture of myself at the beginning of this challenge when everyone was posting pics, but I chickened out and didn't post. I've never looked at them side by side and I have to admit I was a little bit proud of myself when I did last night. I wanted to share them with you. I hope nobody minds that I post them in here instead of the picture thread but I'm only ready to share with my little Blue team instead of the whole big 3FC community. Sorry I blobbed out my face, I know that is annoying but I'm just not ready to part with the anonymity of this place.

chellez 02-18-2008 11:59 AM

OMG! I'm so glad lunch is here cause I'm totally starving! :hungry:

I went to Subway cause I dont have any dinner left overs or a packed lunch since I was at my parents house. Not only did I have to deal with the lunch crowd... but this old lady made sure that she could scuddle to the door before me then proceeded to order "honey wheat" bread and the girl making her sandwich kept telling her, we don't have honey wheat, just wheat or honey oat. :tantrum:

Anyway, so now that I got that out!

Dee - :congrat: on breaking the plateau! I'm hoping for a nice loss next week :D

Elizabeth - :welcome: back! :goodluck: for next week :goodscale

jordan - I'm sorry you can't pinpoint a trigger for your binges. But look at those pictures! :faint: You should be so proud of yourself! I'd be having a :celebrate: and dancing around my house if I'd lost all that weight! :D

dixied 02-18-2008 12:00 PM

Jordan - OMG, look at you. You're such a tiny little thing. Jordan Plan #2 is obviously working well for you. You should be proud of yourself. Don't beat yourself up over a binge. Own it, log it, and move on.

GirlyGirlSebas 02-18-2008 12:05 PM

Jordan, you look awesome!

zinkemomx2 02-18-2008 12:24 PM

Morning all!

QOTD: I had frozen waffles this morning and I ate to many of them. Lunch will be really low cal today to make up the difference.

My good news for the week is I am down 2 whole pounds. Finally!

I can't even imagine 60 degree weather right now. Yesterday morning we had 1/4 inch of freezing rain. Then it rained off and on all day and now they are calling for 8 inches of lake effect snow. Yippee <---sarcasm

Saturday when I ran on the treadmill I did 1.67 miles I think in 30 minutes. Today I did 1.76 miles in the same 30. Yaaaahhh for me! My birthday goal (July 12th) is to be able to run in a 5K. I have about 5 months and I know I can do it.

Jordan - You binged. You're not sure why yet. Like others said log it and move on. Try to be more aware in the future and then go make yourself do a kicka$$ workout to make up for it. You are looking fantastic by the way and I would post those photos somewhere you can see them everyday to see how far you have come. You are doing a great job.

A big :cheer2: to all those who have lost this week. A big :kickbutt::club::coach: to those who didn't. ;)

1/2 pita stuffed with a fried egg (in cooking spray), 1 oz reduced fat cheese, 1 oz avocado and 1 oz lean deli ham. 292 calories. Plus my coffee/ff 1/2&1/2/sugar. YUM!

I'm in TOM and was up 1.2 pounds yesterday. Took a freebie week here for the challenge. This is my first gain in nearly 3 months. I guess I'm ok with it. I didn't have the normal amt of exercise since my back was hurting lots of last week. Upping my Naprosyn and hitting the gym this week.

We LOVE being outdoors and hiking. I am so happy when I'm in the mountains!:) My DH had NEVER been on a hike before we got together 12 years ago (do they not have mountains in Alabama?), and now he's more gung-ho than I am! Now that we live back in Seattle we are so close to Mt Rainier again and I'm excited for summertime to take the girl up there. We put them on our backs for most of the uphill, but do let them walk when it's safe. We saw a family of bears in the distance a couple years ago - it'd be great if they could see that...from a distance!

WOOHOO Dee!! WTG on breaking your plateau.

Chellez - cereal doesn't usually hold me either. FiberOne will. I want summertime in a bad way too. But not in other ways. I dread short sleeves.:o My DH must have grown up on Johnny cakes then - or some form of them. He eats cornbread every day!

Jordan - AMAZING pics!! Re: binges - I'm the same way. My triggers are not always *there*. Sometimes I just binge. Good for you for putting it behind you so quickly. It sucks when a binge keeps you under for awhile.

Rhonda - 1.4 is a great loss! I swear once you start the jogging you'll be amazed!

I'm a lab tech - work in the lab at a busy ped clinic. Right now the docs are requesting blood or other collections on everything that walks in the door. My DH works as a MST (MedSurg Tech) in the Endoscopy dept at a hospital - when they put scopes up and down you. (He is also an x-ray tech, but not working as one right now.) He is on call every other weekend and about half of the week nights as well. He gets called back a lot - nice $$, but it can be rough.

Speaking of work, gotta go!

onthetee 02-18-2008 12:51 PM

Far behind. Quickly skimmed. Congrats to those who lost this week!

Nori--I swear, I don't know how people can be parents with an Ergo!

I know! I have been using one since dd#1 was born and then DH happened to use it on a hike when I was preggo with dd#2 instead of his big framed Kelty and he fell in love with it also and requested his own! Even dd#1 at 40 pounds is easy to carry in it for a long hike.

Nori71 02-18-2008 01:25 PM

What kind of towels do you all have? We have been using ones we got for our wedding 9 years ago, and it's time for new ones. I went to Kohl's last night and bought a new set of Vera Wang cotton/bamboo blend towels that were 50% off. Spent 20 minutes figuring out if I wanted white, grasshopper green or linen! Came home with the linen and washed them and now know why they were 50% off! There are strings coming out everywhere. I have to return them all and it's not just a few. 2 huge bags. UGH. I did use one this morning though and I must say I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED how they felt. Almost warm to the touch and very soft and absorbant. I want to try some other bamboo blend ones - or just good soft cotton? Anyone know/have good ones?

chellez 02-18-2008 01:36 PM

Nori - I have the Fieldcrest ones that I registered for from our wedding last year. I didn't really get a chance to use them til we moved into the house and got reduced down to one bathroom. Now thats all I'll hang in there cause they are pretty. Mine are mostly white with red stripes near the edge. I know Target sells them and they come in Red, Black and Blue striping. I'm not sure if they have any other colors

chellez 02-18-2008 01:37 PM

I got the next destination up! Make sure you put up your Sunday $$!

See you in Paris!

Nori, the last time I bought towels was 5 years ago. We bought them on sale at JCPenney. They are part of the Home Collection and I definitely recommend them. They still look brand new after being used by a very active family of 5 (Hubby, myself and 2 kiddos plus MIL for a couple of years)

Nori71 02-18-2008 02:34 PM

chellez - you're KILLING me with the cheese!! I happen to be going to Costco tonight and I always spend some time drooling over the cheese selection! My new fav is actually the Irish Dubliner cheese! Not French, but fantastic!

Rhonda - someone here at work just highly recommended JCP Home Collection towels also! My bedroom set is from JCP and it's been great. Maybe I'll check to see if they're having sales today for the holiday.

FrouFrou 02-18-2008 03:34 PM

JORDAN...awesome pictures and you look GREAT!

DIXIE...good for you for breaking your plateau!

CONGRAT'S to all the losers this week! :yay:

CHELLE...nice pic/avatar!

Just dropping by to say HI...nothing much going on.

VIXJEAN...Where do you workout and how often? I workout at home and 6-7 days depending on what's going on. I have a sort of home gym in my basement if you will, lol. Very small as far as equipment, treadmill, weights, exercise bike but I also do a lot of dvd's as well. I am wanting to add an elliptical one day soon. When the weather is warm though you will seeing me walking the neighborhood or I head to the park.

MARIANNE...I ALWAYS eat breakfast! So yes, I had a banana and 2 1/2pancakes this morning. I am a weirdo though and hubby laughs but...I have them plain...no syrup or butter.

Sorry to say I didn't lose this week, but I didn't gain either so that is always good. This week will be better! Onward and downward!

Nori71 02-18-2008 04:36 PM

Wow - weigh in thread looks HOT!

chellez 02-18-2008 04:41 PM

Oh my goodness! I'm so excited I could squeal! Here we are a meer 7 hours to weigh in deadline and I almost have everyone's weigh in! I'm missing 13 people... but I'm really looking at the numbers this week and....

Thinks are looking fantastic for weigh in! :celebrate:

As long as those 13 dont post tremendous gains, we have a nice shot of posting big double digits again. :yay:

Time to head home for the day. I'd like to say I'm going to be online later, but I have 4 chapters of Human Resources Management to catch up on and its due tomorrow. More than likely I'll do that, clean house and eat and get to bed early tonight! :D

I feel kind of bad taking a freebie week that we are on an upward trend....

I challenge everyone to keep it up next week when I'm in prime exercise mode. :exercise:

practiceliving 02-18-2008 05:08 PM

Oh my gosh, look at us GO with WI this week! Woo hoo! :carrot: Seems like we all just needed a bit of a bad week to get us going again. I wish I had broken past 200 again this week, but I *am* down 3lbs from last week's freebie/late weigh in, so that's encouraging, and I feel confident I'll FINALLY be able to contribute to the losing next week.

Sounds like everyone had a good breakfast - I had a waffle with cream cheese and a banana before I left, and picked up a skinny hazelnut latte on my way to work. Love the skinny lattes - only 90cals for a tall!

Chelle
- Good luck with your homework! Love the idea of starting your bucket list - I'm 200-ish days into a 101 in 1001 days list right now.

Nori
- OMG the cheese at Costco drive me crazy too! I really love the Balderson's Aged White Cheddars and the Boursin. Mmmm! As for the towels - mine are all randoms from Costco - whatever felt cuddliest - and they've held up decently.

zinkemomx2 - Congrats on your 2lbs and running! Woo hoo!

jordan - Glad to hear you're back OP. Your pictures look great!

blue apples - The weather can be such a downer, eh? DON'T knock the 1lb losses - slow and steady is going to get you there too, and give your skin time to keep up!

dee
- YAHOO on breaking your plateau! I'll take 60F - that's like 15C, and it's only 6C here today (low 40sF)!

Me too! I'm using my first one this week since I was up a little over 1 pound. I should have saved it, but I don't plan on having many of these weeks. Only 2 more TOM's left in the game! And I don't go up every cycle.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share this article about Walking with you all.
"Walking saved my life."

I dont like myself well got to go good luck to all.:?:

Purplefirefly 02-18-2008 08:33 PM

Jordan,OMG look at you, girl! You look amazing...you should be way more than a little proud of yourself. I know it is hard to see your own progress, I am the exact same way, but you are one HOTTIE now, look at you! Seriously, you have be on top of the world about this accomplishment.

Ellie, they are defnitely not going to be embarrassed of you  I fear the same thing for my kids as they are getting older so I understand. You are going to get to your goal and be the hottest grandma in town ;)

A HUGE :bravo: to all our losers this week  I got the 0.8 I gained last week back off but nothing more :( I have been back on plan so I 'm not sure why. Aiming for at least 2 next week. Before this challenge I was a consistent 1-2 lb. per week girl no matter what I did, so maybe my bigger numbers were just a temporary tease

I am going to browse on ebay until time to work out now...trying not to eat. I'm not hungry, but just have this little nagging saying I need to inhale everything in the fridge. I am making that voice SHUT UP and I will NOT give in :nono: I can't fail the year challenge on day five. I'm stronger than that.

zinkemomx2 02-18-2008 08:51 PM

NSV - I tried on all the pants and shorts in my closet today and only one pair were tight. I could still touch my toes wearing those but they would never be comfortable enough to work in. Some of those shorts haven't been comfortable to wear since 2000. They did sorta fit a few times, but again not a comfy fit. So that made me feel good.

I had answered the QOTD earlier and when I did I should have know that today was going to be a rough day for me. I carb overloaded on waffles. No protein in sight and as a result I ate all day long. At least I already weighed in for the week so I have 6 full days to erase that damage. The waffles weren't even worth it. They were just cheapo Great Value Walmart brand product. Maybe if they had been yummy homemade ones. ;)

Then I went back and looked on Spark at my calories over the last few weeks. 2 out of the last 3 times I went over by a lot were poor choices for breakfast. There is now a note to self about breakfasts on the fridge.

DH has decided to keep the kids instead of me taking them to daycare tomorrow so hopefully I can get to work earlier than usual and possibly home sooner so I can find time to get a good walk in on the treadmill. My new WATP video should also be here tomorrow so I could do that maybe too.

Ellie - I understand about the kids being embarrassed. I have 3.5 year old twins. They are at that age when they are starting to speak up a little bit more and I don't want to hear them say the hurtful words, or for them to hear them from their peers. As important as we think it is to lose weight for them, it is so much more important for us to do it for ourselves.

Purple - Good call on browsing on eBay instead of snacking. Did you find anything good we should go buy? I need to go through the kids stuff and see if there is anything in there list. Then I need to work up my nerve to list my soaps. Sigh. One thing at a time though.

sportmom 02-18-2008 11:11 PM

Nori, they do NOT have mountains in Alabama - you are right! Very near sea level in the whole state, except maybe as you approach TN/GA border and get into some of the smokies.

However, if you and dh ever go back home, you will HAVE To check out the Westpoint Pepperill Mill stores in east Ala. You can buy towels by the pound there and it's very cheap for good mill extras. Even their top label stuff is discounted. Short of that excursion, I also vote for JCPenney towels (which are either made by westpoint or fieldcrest) I have some from our first home - towels we bought in 1987 - and they are as thick and lush as they were 20 years ago!!

I haven't tried either of those and I only bought some Feta. Hey, Chellez, are we going to Greece?:D I have to watch myself with cheese since I can soooo easily overeat. Like today I had 3 servings of cheese - cheddar with bfast, cottage cheese with lunch and feta with dinner!

Fran - Wow, thanks for the shopping tip for Alabama!:) Are you from there? Dh is from Selma. DH left when he finished high school and has never lived in the south again - but he is so proud to be from there! He goes back almost every year, but I haven't been there for 2 years now. We will probably go later this fall. I HATE it there in the summertime - EXCEPT for the AMAZING garden produce. I would almost go in the summertime again just to taste the watermelons! (And to have my SIL's scrambled eggs which I swear she adds *something* to, but that she vehemently denies.) :D We are so sheltered here in the Pacific Northwest from *most* extremes (save the occasional volcano that blows!)when it comes to weather, so it's hard to take a short trip when your body requires 3 days alone to adjust to the humidity.

congrats everyone on doing so well this week!

grrrr.......I'm having a terrible time with 'mouth hunger' right now. geez. I am truly not a bit hungry in the stomach but boy is the committee wanting and encouraging me to eat. Cuppa tea will hopefully satisfy. And, I'll go put my nose in a book and NOT dive into any food.

Oh, and breakfast this AM......1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 naked sausages. Can't wait for my fresh salmon and salad, with blueberries for dessert, in about 3 hours. yum.

So I need a bit of advice. For Valentine's Day, DH got me a spa gift certificate. Hand & foot treatment, plus my choice of either a massage or a facial. I had in mind I'd get a massage as my 'reward' for getting under 200lbs which I am not yet. Also I think I'd feel to uncomfortable with my body to be able to relax for the massage. But I really WANT a massage. I have had bad neck pain for 3 days now so it almost seems it couldn't come at a better time. But I can't shake the feeling that I don't 'deserve' the massage and should just get the facial instead. :( What would you do?

Go get a massage! Your hubby wouldn't have gotten you the certificate if he didn't think you deserved it! Just look at the time relaxing as a break from your everyday norm and you'll end up refreshed and ready to tackle your under 200 goal. :D

Otherwise I'd be happy to use the certificate for you!

I'm so thrilled with the results this week....

I made a point not to plug in the totals equation until I got all the weights in cause I knew it was going to be a great week. I got them all together and plugged in the total equation... I had to do a double take

Anywho I'm going to post results! :crossed: we are Biggest Losers this week!

Heather, go get your massage :kickbutt: We set up rewards for ourselves, but you never know what the future holds and you have to bend and move with life. Hubby wants you to have the massage, and you do deserve it, so I say go on and get it. Sometimes we have to do things out of our comfort zone, but in the end it is usually worth it. Go do it :coach: you'll be glad in the end I'm sure.

My legs are so sore from my Jillian workouts that I was going to use my once a week day off exercise today...but that means not working out during BL :( I could call it a light day, but I really think my legs need a break. The calves were so sore last night I couldn't jump on the trampoline, so I guess a day off it is.
