I have a crazy question for you. I used a free week because I was completely off plan last week and gained 4 pounds, so next week when I weigh in, do I use my weight from week 5, or my weight from week 6 as a starting point? I know some of it is TOM, but if I need more than a 4 pound loss just to catch back up, maybe I should have just weighed in this week?

I'm confused.

hey dixie! All I do for freebie weeks in the charts is carry over the last weeks weight to this weeks weight. So, even though you said you gained 4 pounds this week, the charts showed you stayed the same this week. So, all you have to do is weigh-in when you normally do and record that weight for Week 7's weigh-in. Example:

Week 5 - 200
Week 6 - freebie week (in the books I record your weight as 200)
Week 7 - 197 (it'll show as a 3 pound loss since 200 was the last weight on record for you)

I know those aren't your actual weights in the example. I just grabbed them out of thin air, but does that make sense??
